Welcome to Lowcountry Winery located in historic Beaufort, South Carolina, the "Queen of the Carolina Sea Islands." We are 60 miles south of Charleston, 30 miles north of Hilton Head and 40 miles north of Savannah, Georgia in the heart of the South Carolina lowcountry.
We have a wide variety of local wines to accomodate all types of tastes: from traditional varietals such as Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon & Chardonnay to blends & wines made from other luscious fruits such as raspberries & peaches, we offer something to suit everyone. We also carry a wide selection of wine accessories, from portable wine coolers & corkscrews to decorative gift bags. Come visit with us & taste the hospitality of the South at Lowcountry Winery. .

The Glass Matters... |

Believe it or not, wine will taste better if it's served in a glass designed to enhance its particular varietal and/or character. For instance, white wines are generally served in glasses with a taller, narrower bowl than red wines, so as to concentrate the aroma and intensify the taste. Come by and taste for yourself! |
